Instructions:-
 

Admission is open to all children irrespective of cast, creed, religion or region according to rules of St. Warriors School.

1. Admission for Nursery, L.K.G & U.K.G. Classes will be on "First Come, First serve" Basis.

2. Admission for class 1 onward is based on the performance of the student in "Bench Mark Test" to be conducted by the school authorities.

3. Fill the admission form completely and submit it in the school office within 15 days from the registration including holidays otherwise child has to be re-registered.

4. Attach all the mentioned documents with the admission form and deposit the admission fee at the counter.

⦿ Admission in all classes is subjected to the availability of the seats.

⦿ Incomplete admission forms shall not be entertained.

⦿ The age of the child must be according to the guidelines of department of child welfare.

1. 8 recent passport size photographs of the ward.

2. 4 recent passport size photographs of each parent.

3. Photocopy of birth certificate duly attested and issued by the competent authority as proof of age.

4. Transfer certificate, in case child seeks admission in class 1 or above from the school last attended (original)

5. Copy of Adhar Card.

⦿ The fee is collected quarterly as per the given schedule in the bank only.

⦿ The due date for all payments will be 15th of every quarter as mentioned on the fee card.

⦿ If the due date is a public holiday, the next working day will be considered as due date.

⦿ Late fee of Rs.50/-per month will be levied thereafter.

⦿ Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

⦿ Student who attends any part of a term is required to pay the prescribed fee for the entire term.

⦿ If the parents wish to discontinue transport facility for his/her ward, he/she will have to inform in writing at least one month before the anticipated date of discontinuance.

⦿ If the fee book is lost, a fine of Rs. 50 will have to be paid for a new fee book.

⦿ In case the parent deposit online fee through net banking/NEFT, it is mandatory to deposit the payment receipt mentioning Reference No/ date of deposit and submit the fee card in the school.
